GATHERING: The 35th Annual Hudson Valley Beltane Festival
The Hudson Valley Beltane Festival is a donation-based, family-friendly outdoor celebration that blends the pomp and whimsy of a Renaissance fair with the magic of a springtime picnic gala. Beltane is our take on an ancient celebration taking place halfway between the spring equinox and summer solstice. It aims to bring the community out onto the land to honor the arrival of spring and the abundant summer to come. Expect a day that fuses the whimsy of a Renaissance fair with the delights of a springtime picnic.
Held on the beautiful grounds of Stone Mountain Farm, the festival brings together music, dance, storytelling, and community as we celebrate the turning of the seasons.
Proceeds from the event support the continued stewardship of Stone Mountain Farm and the Center at Stone Mountain, as well as the year-round arts programs of The Vanaver Caravan.
The Beltane pageant is a performance about the power
of nature, myth, and magic featuring live music, dance, and puppetry.
Pageant performance begins at 4:00 pm
Live music by Strawberry Hill Fiddlers and more
Trapeze classes throughout the day with Wild Arts Collective
Admission: Advanced Tickets only. Tickets by donation (Suggested $25-$45). No entry after 3:30 PM.
