Overview
Revolutionary New Paltz (“Program”) is a community event series organized by a volunteer steering committee in coordination with the Town of New Paltz and the Village of New Paltz. Events listed on this website are independently organized and hosted by third parties.

By accessing this website or attending any listed event, you agree to the following terms.

Third-Party Events
All events are planned, managed, and executed by independent hosts, including nonprofit organizations, community groups, and individuals. The Program, its steering committee, the Town of New Paltz, and the Village of New Paltz do not control, supervise, or assume responsibility for event operations.

Assumption of Risk
Attendance at events is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Physical activity (including biking, walking tours, and outdoor conditions)

• Travel to and from events

• Interaction with other attendees

• Consumption of food or alcohol

You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

No Warranties
Event information is provided for general informational purposes only. The Program does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, accessibility, or safety of any event, venue, or activity.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, the Program, its steering committee members, the Town of New Paltz, and the Village of New Paltz shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or related to:

• Attendance at or participation in any event

• Actions or omissions of event hosts or third parties

• Conditions of any venue or public or private space

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Program, its steering committee members, the Town of New Paltz, and the Village of New Paltz from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in events or violation of these terms.

Compliance with Laws and Event Rules
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as any rules, instructions, or safety guidance provided by event hosts or venue operators.

Independent Responsibility of Hosts
Event hosts are solely responsible for the planning, safety, permitting, and execution of their events. The Program does not provide insurance or oversight for individual events.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
